What are Training Accounts?
Training Accounts act like a digital wallet for your organization within the Asset Reality Academy. Once you purchase training credits, they are stored in this account, managed by your designated training account owner.
What are Training Credits?
Training credits are prepaid funds you can use to enroll your team in certification programs.
1 credit = $1 USD
Credits can be applied to any available course.
They’re flexible, reusable across team members, and perfect for budgeting training needs in advance.
How do I access my Training Account?
Only your designated training account owner has admin access to the Training Account. This is where you can view your credit balance, track usage, and purchase additional credits.
To access it directly, visit:

Or follow these steps:
Log in to the Academy.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Manage to open the admin dashboard.
To return to the main Academy view, click your profile icon again and choose Learner View.
Can I use training credits for any course?
Yes — credits can be used for any paid course in the Academy.
What if I don’t have enough credits for a course?
The training account owner can purchase more credits directly through your account or contact us at sales@assetreality.com.
How do I buy more credits on my account?
Only training account owners can purchase more credits directly through your account.
Follow these steps to purchase more credits:
Log in and go to your training account at academy.assetreality.com/training_accounts
Under Account Name, select your account.
In the navigation tab, click Credits.
Click the + icon next to your credit balance.
Select Purchase Refill and follow the prompts.
Do training credits expire?
Yes — training credits will expire one year from the purchase date.
Who can enroll using our credits?
Anyone on your team can enroll, but only the training account owner can access and assign credits.
How does someone enroll using training credits?
We’ve made it simple:
Go to the certification you want to purchase.
Click "Get Started" and sign in or create an account.
Select a course date.
At checkout, change payment type to Training Credit.
Enter your unique credit code and submit.
How do I switch course dates if I've already enrolled using credits?
Once credits are applied, they stay linked to the enrolled user. If you can’t attend your originally scheduled date, you have two options on the course page (see image):
Find Another Time – Select this option to immediately choose a new upcoming date.
Unenroll – This will remove you from your current session, but your registration remains active. You will still need to enroll in a new date that works for you.

Can I see who has used credits?
Yes. Your training account dashboard provides a breakdown of credit usage by team member.
